I believe great software comes from teams who communicate well, collaborate openly, and genuinely care about each other and the problems they're solving.
Currently, I'm the Engineering Manager of Automation & AI at Trinity Logistics, where my focus is building excellent engineering teams and the culture that makes them thrive. When I'm not working with my teams or making sawdust in the workshop, I'm out mountain biking Arkansas trails by day or exploring the galaxy through my camera lens at night.
